If you’ve gotten this far into my cozy site, I assume you’re fairly interested in me. I’ll type up a fair bio for you. I was a goofball when I wrote this, so enjoy it.
Alias: Lish
Real Name? That’s why I have an alias.
Age: Old enough to have heard all about why it’s not safe to give it out.
Where do you live: California, most of the time. Otherwise, the Mid West.
Now for the real stuff:
Two girls where expected, May 1st, many years ago, in Oregon. A lovely, dedicated writer was the soon to be the mother of the twin twin girls.
As she went into labor, the doctors realized one of the babies was being dragged down by her umbilical cord.
They quickly delivered the first child (gwen, Lish’s twin who is 30 seconds older) and seconds later, the second baby was born blue. After giving her oxygen, they realized she would live.
Years later, after MANY hours of painful, ear breaking screaming and a little too much spunk-i-ness, the awesome mother took Lish to the doctor, worried about her heart. She could always hear it beating a very strange heartbeat.
She was diagnosed with an Aortic Stanosis, a problem that means one of the valves in the heart was smaller that usual. Nothing to worry about, but yearly check ups were a must.
The girl soon became a fair, red headed, freckled, blue eyed beauty. She began to live in California, and one day, she started learning HTML.
Then she learned CSS..
Then PHP….
And, on top of that, she loved writing. Her mother bought her a beautiful laptop to call her own.
So, since I’ve shown you the basics, I’ll give you my interests and hates.
Interests: Long bike rides in the evenings, walks in beautiful places, my family, my computer, my friends, the Smokey Mountains, my heritage, web page design, Burn Notice, Mary Higgins Clark.
She’s a sucker for: Zelda Video Games, Inuyasha, all American stuff (I’m Miss American Rebel, hunny. Go Independence!) plastic shoes that I’ll never wear, songs like “Stupid Girls” by Pink. Also “runescape” by Jagex–the online game.
Personal Trends: MHC (Mary Higgins Clark) is IN, Shakespeare’s OUT, NCIS&The Unit&Burn Notice are TOTALLY SO TOTALLY IN!
Dislikes//(I’m being too nice…)HATES: People who can’t read and jump to conclusions, sluts, and we can’t forget those who believe an article that says “So and so murdered 3 people because I’ve heard so” is considered a good argument. (I mean, please. You need some proof!)…
Scared to death of: Elevators. They are nightmares, especially the tin colored ones. I’ve never gotten stuck in one…and I’ll die if I do, I so swear to God! And bees. I hate bees. The Sun! (I’m Momma’s Little Vampire!)
Nicknames: Sparky, Lish.
